Expressive Writing Prompts

Want to write about your experiences but aren’t sure where to begin? Maybe you love writing but have a hard time finding the time or maybe you don’t write currently but would like to try. A prompt-style writing workshop is just the thing for you. In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll write away some of our stress — and find some healing in the long run by using writing as a tool to find meaning. You’ll make new friends and fill a notebook along the way, even if you don’t consider yourself a writer.

This workshop is exclusive to members of the BAYS-MITC organization. If you live in the San Franscico Bay Area, learn more about joining here.

Time 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, PST

  • "Although I realize many appreciate the standard style of support groups, the writing workshop felt so much more validating and supportive, perhaps because writing for me is how I process things and sharing with others was so meaningful. Thank you so much for creating the space."
